Our premium crossbred Wagyu and our developing herd of Rubia Gallega—an exceptional Spanish breed known for its rich, complex flavor—are raised naturally on open pasture. They’re never confined, and most have never required antibiotics. Along with cattle, we keep goats and a friendly donkey that love meeting visitors.
