Our story begins in the summer of 2020. While working together, we realized that we shared the same dream. That dream was to open a hang-out style of brewery, without a kitchen, that focused on beers made in house, an outdoor area, games, and to bring in a rotation of food trucks. That summer was spent touring surrounding breweries in Kansas, Colorado and Nebraska to decide exactly what we wanted our place to become. Construction really began the following summer with us doing demolition ourselves in May of 2021 and contractors hit the ground running in June. We were very excited to have contractors that allowed Mike and Cody to help as much as possible throughout the journey. Sweat equity was important to us, and now that we are here we are all extremely proud to have had a hand in helping build this place. We opened November 24, 2021 and the community has welcomed us with open arms. We are striving to be a safe place where everyone can feel welcome. A place for those who felt as if they didn't have a place in Garden City. We are excited to be here and cannot wait for memories to be made at 2010 E Schulman Ave.
