A two hundred year old house on 2 1/2 acres of farmland, with a pond and lots of cattails. I have done organic gardening here for 45 years. Two fenced in vegetable gardens, a small greenhouse, orchard, and wonderful apples-Wolf River, Honey Crisp, Tolman Sweet, that I dry and make into applesauce to share with friends, family, and visitors. Easy to get to, 2.6 miles north of Moody’s Diner on Rt 220 in Waldoboro. Near the Waldo Theatre, in Waldoboro, Lincoln Theater in Damariscotta, my camp in Jefferson where you can go swimming, canoeing or kayaking. Midcoast Maine has many festivals, sailing opportunities, movie theaters, restaurants, and hiking trails. Two hours to Acadia National Park.
