Long level gravel lot at my sons home in a secluded neighborhood under the trees and next to a creek. Better than many campgrounds we've stayed at. Can easily accommodate a 45' or longer coach, trailer, or 5th wheel. However, requires being able to back in the entire 150' driveway. We park our 45' motorcoach over the holidays every year. And there is room to spare for slides on both sides and a tow vehicle. Quiet safe friendly neighborhood, great for walking, biking, and running. At the end of the cul-de-sac begins a trail that provides miles of walking and mountain biking possibilities.

The gravel parking area is located next to a wide driveway. If you have a larger rig (larger than 30 feet or so), in order to park, you must able to back in from the street and down the gravel driveway to the parking area as there is not enough room to turn around.

Since we are in a neighborhood, we request that there is no generator usage after dusk.
