Welcome to our Flower Farm & Mercantile, where nature’s beauty blooms and dreams take root. My name is Andrea, and I am the proud founder of this flourishing flower farm tucked into the heart of Central Nebraska, just outside the quaint town of Pauline. I wear many hats — wife, stepmom, aunt, daughter, sister, and dedicated teacher. By day, I’m a Science and Agriculture Teacher and former FFA Advisor, passionate about guiding the next generation of agricultural leaders. My journey into sustainable farming and floral cultivation began eight years ago when my husband and I purchased our picturesque acreage. Growing up on a farm near Pauline, I always felt a pull back to the land. In 2020, after two years of dreaming and planning, I officially launched Aunt Annie’s Flower Farm with the hope of stewarding this space in a regenerative and meaningful way. The motivation behind the farm is deeply personal. After navigating infertility and the grief that came with it, I decided to “create my own sunshine” by building a sanctuary filled with life, beauty, and purpose. Aunt Annie’s Flower Farm has become a joyful retreat for my nieces and nephews, and I warmly invite you to experience that same sense of peace and wonder here. My mission also reaches far beyond my own journey. I hope to show my students that with dedication, ambition, and hard work, they can turn their dreams into reality. One of my proudest moments has been watching a former student use our farm as their FFA Supervised Agricultural Experience and later become our media specialist — even designing our logo. What started as a dream has blossomed into a thriving, joy-filled reality. It means so much to know that our flowers bring happiness to so many people.
