Welcome to Sunset on Kate Lane! We are a private residence where we rent to vacationers for the summer. It is a very quiet area where you will relax and have a good rest. We are located between the river and the ocean. We are 2 minutes from the ocean where you can enjoy fishing from the shore and catch some striped bass or even enjoy a nice walk on the beach. The property is mostly cleared where you can enjoy watching beautiful sunsets. The area cleared before the garage is for the use of the members. Please note that it is a dead end street so make sure you turn left before the yellow garage. We are 10 minutes fromTracadie-Sheila, 24 minutes from Shippagan and 30 minutes from Caraquet. We have two RV electric/water hook-ups, We have a 30 amp and a 50 amp hookup that are available for a fee $20 dollar per night.
