We have a driveway in a residential neighbourhood. Suggested Local Attractions: Fredericton, with all of its attractions, is a 10 minute away. There are many attractions and parks close by with walking trails and picnic areas. Downtown Fredericton has the Beaverbrook Art Gallery, Fredericton playhouse, Garrison district, Officers Square, O'Dell Park, Killarney Lake, sports complexes, several breweries and lots of live music and festivals. We are 40 minutes to Kings Landing, 1 hour to The Fundy Trail Parkway and 2 hours Fundy National Park.

Access Road Conditions: The road is paved, but narrow once you leave the highway. We live outside Fredericton city limits and can accommodate rigs in our driveway. Our driveway is slanted, so you will need to level your rig. Our place is 11 minutes from Fredericton's Costco.
