About
For smaller/lighter campers <22' we have a beautifully paved, level parking spot next to our garage with 30 amp RV power on the building.
For campers 22' - 25' we have a level, gravel parking area at the rear of the garage with a view of our small blueberry field. 30 amp RV power pole is available for this site as well.
Water for both spots is available upon request.
Just one mile from the interstate highway in Rochester, NH. A half-hour drive to the seacoast and an hour's drive to the White Mountains.

Our home is located in a typical suburban neighborhood. We have the luxury of a six-acre lot that abuts an abandoned ski hill of 100+ acres along with walking trails. Kid and pet-friendly.
Our main Boondocker Parking location is next to our garage on the level pavement where you will find power (30A RV Plug) and water (hose) available. You will experience the sounds of a typically busy side road. However, the road noise significantly diminishes after dark.
There is a firepit with firewood, seating, a picnic table, and a patio/porch swing in the shade.
Easy access to services & restaurants in Rochester and Dover, as well as the seacoast area of New Hampshire & Maine. Just one mile off the Spaulding Turnpike (Route 16) at Exit 12.

Parking & Arrival
U-shaped driveway with drive-in & out access for smaller rigs. Parking will be on the paved driveway for campers 22' or less. Campers that are 22' - 25' will be on gravel, backed in toward the woods.
We are very sorry, but we cannot accommodate larger than 26' tow behind, Class A's, and 5th Wheel rigs.

House Rules
No cigarette smoking on our property. We don't partake but are 420-friendly.
No loud music.
Generators may be used between the hours of 8am and 10pm and must be placed away from other campers.
Light repairs may be accommodated as we have an extensive workshop in our garage.
Pets are welcome:
Please be mindful of your dog; one of your hosts has difficulty with larger-sized dogs, mainly those that jump.
There are many dog-friendly hiking trails on our 6-acre lot as well as the adjacent 100+ acre parcel.
Please clean up after your pet(s).
Toy Haulers, Motorcycles (motorcyclists), and Dirt Bikes (some trails) are welcome to stay and pitch a tent.
