It is a quiet friendly rural neighborhood. I have almost one acre of property with a fire ring in my backyard as well as a deck with a grill. I can also accommodate tent campers in my backyard. You may fill up water from a hose outside. My driveway is not level so leveling blocks will be required. Access Road Conditions: Private dirt road. There is a turn around in the neighboring driveway. There are only 9 houses on this dead end dirt road. Very quiet most of the time. It is not steep but is rutted. Tow Vehicle Parking Details: In my driveway on the same side as trailer. No on street parking.
