10-20 minutes from Auburn trail bike path/Erie canal, Bristol skiing/Ariel adventures, Canandaigua lake/Waterpark, and many local wineries/breweries.

House is at the end of a dead end street. The turnaround at the end of the road is large enough for the kids school bus. Driveway is up a hill with a ditch on both sides of the driveway at the entrance. I back my own 19' trailer up the hill which requires moderate skill during daylight hours. I sometimes need 4WD if the driveway is wet. Some contact may occur between the driveway and camper depending on ground clearance and how you approach the back in.
