About
We are a NY state farm brewery/distillery focusing on sustainable agriculture. We use local and NYS ingredients in all our beverages crafted right here on the farm. We are located on 48 acres of farmland in the Hudson valley between the Shawangunks and the Catskills. We offer a full menu curated by Eat Church as well as cocktails, farm fresh brews, cider, and NA options. We grow hops in our 2 acre hop yard as well as botanicals for our gin. We raise chickens and goats, and have live music and private events throughout the year.
