Property is 10.25 acres of land off a state highway, its predominantly flat land except for minor decline when pulling in. Land has no neighbors/dwellings on south & west sides. All the cleared driveway path & anywhere on the property is usable for parking/camping. There is a beautiful creek bordering the property on the west side, with the south path area in walking distance of it. There are occasional fish in the creek also. The property is close to some general stores in the local towns. Also-we are always adding new stuff/perks, for instance, right now for free we have a nice 2-3 person pop-up tent available to guests when staying with us, and also a charcoal BBQ.
