IMPORTANT: The run is too long for an air conditioner. This is for electric fridges, lights, etc. You are more than welcome to use a generator if you want the heavier draw items. Electric $10/night. Water is free. Tank fill only, please. It squeals inside the house if the spigot is constantly connected.

Parking & Arrival
Our driveway is steep with 90 degree turns, but I have no issues getting a 30' travel trailer up and backed into its spot. Watch out for the stump at the bottom; it's not a problem if you swing wide. UPDATE: I cut the stump out, but you should still try to avoid it. The space is paved, but you will need to level for the downhill side. NOTE: You must be proficient at backing up your rig. If you are not confident in your skills, this probably isn't going to be right for you.
