About
Literally, the deepest soil the Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) could find was 1.5 inches on my 3.4 acre piece of land on the limestone belt of Cherokee land in NE Oklahoma aka rural Collinsville, OK. Everyone that stays must take a chunk or hunk of limestone that is a minimum of 10 pounds! Kidding, maybe. My barndominium is totally off grid for power. I have extra solar panels if we need to amp up the supply. If it's cloudy, stormy, natural disaster, etc, I won't be able to share power with you. I work weekends, so I won't be up to much visiting if you stay during that time. There are barking dogs about 2-3 acres away. I have heard some coyotes but they have never sounded close and haven't shown up the security cameras as of yet. The deer are plentiful but with that come deer ticks, so please protect yourself! There's plenty of room to roam, and I try to keep some pathways mowed if you like to get out and walk or motor about. The weekends do get busy with people on ATVs, golf carts, dirt bikes, skooters, and electric bikes. They will be on and off-road. The Verdigris River is just down the road about 5'ish miles if you like to fish. Lake Oologah is about 15-20 minutes north as well. Tulsa isn't too far south. I hear that the huge park, The Gathering Place, is full of a lot of free activities for all ages. It's not too far off of the Route 66 path going in either direction. There is plenty of firewood for a controlled campfire, assuming that there are no active burn bans when you stay. I have a nice level gravel drive way behind my barndo that has 50 amp access when the skies are clear and the sun is high (usually 10am-4pm).

Hookup Notes
Water is available to fill your tanks but not stay hooked up. There is no gray/black water dumping on site. The 50 amp is only available 10am-4pm on sunny days to charge your batteries. I am off-grid electric so I can't support your RV electric around the clock. I do have extra Solar panels that I don't mind sharing with caring hands while you are here. I need a minimum of 40% of my battery power for overnight electric needs.
