About
I own a 22 acre bush property with a few trails on it. For larger units parking is near my house. For truck mounted units and tent trailers parking is more isolated. Its a quiet area with cottages on the other side of the road. It is well treed and very private. There is no access to water. I do not have site sewer hook up, just a dump site connected to my septic system. Technically, I can only accommodate three units at a time with water and hydro hookup. Any other will need to be fully independent. I also have treed areas for those with smaller RV's or those who want to pitch a tent. We also have $15.00 per night member and none member camping (no water no hydro) areas for those wanting to stay long term - out houses provided. Hydro Electric hook-up is free one overnight stay when arriving late, other than a $10.00 a day charge will apply for guest without AC and $15.00 a day for rigs with AC. Suggested Local Attractions:There are small towns and hamlets nearby. Food Land, Home hardware, Lumber, LBCO, Gas stations and Resturants are in Haliburton within half hour drive. The same in a (smaller scale) is in Wilberforce 15 minutes away. Bancroft 45 minutes away has a lot more including a Canadian Tire. Swimming and boating is all around - closes being 10 minutes away. During the summer there are many events going on. If you are a fisher man or boater, parking your boat is not a problem - there are lots of lakes around. We are good with last minute bookings.

Parking & Arrival
Access Road Conditions: We are on a dirt road 1/4 mile in off the paved Hyway. The Dirt Road is narrow and a bit winding. In early spring its quite soft. Do not follow your GPS, it will direct you to enter onto Anderson Road (north of Tory Hill)- that will end in a trail. Use Lee's road just south of Tory Hill on 503, turn left then left again onto Lake Lorraine Road 1251 on left. Depending on changing situations, you may be asked to drive pass the gates and then back in. Tow Vehicle Parking Details: Anywhere on the property, or stay attached depending on length. Because of the limited turning radius, 35 feet is the maximum including the tow vehicle. Thus, we can accommodate one or two 35 foot RV or a 25 foot Fifth Wheel. Lots of space for smaller self contained RV's.
