WE ARE A FAMILY OWNED AND OPERATED SMALL BUSINESS WITH A VISION TO SHARE OUR PASSION WITH OTHERS. Our family farm sits nestled in Rural South Western Ontario, with rolling acres of pasture land where beef cattle and sheep graze throughout the spring to fall months, and where our friendly goats and chickens scamper about. Deer, fox, coyotes, birds, squirrels and many other animals find their home in the acres of wood lot located on our property. The rush of water in the spring flows up the stream with a host of spawning rainbow trout occasionally finding our birthing hole perfect to lay their eggs. The 30 acres of wood lot is home to many maple trees which we tap to collect maple sap in the early spring months and boil it down to delectable Pure Maple Syrup. With a short season of about 6 weeks, our family is bustling from sun up to many hours after sun down with the collection of sap and the boiling, right down to bottling of our finished product. The Sugar Shack provides an environment where talking and laughing bring friends and family together. Our passion is to share some of this experience with you! During the months of March and April, we offer to host you and your family for some days of fun with a wagon ride back to our Sugar Bush and guided tour through the beautiful trails that will bring you face to face with the process of making Maple Syrup. During the rest of the year our Sweet Shoppe is open for visitors to purchase our yummy product to take home and enjoy. We welcome our fellow campers to come and enjoy our camping spot by our pond near the sugar bush. Enjoy some quiet R&R at Blyth Creek Maple Farm!
