Parking is on concrete slab with slight tilt to drain water so leveling may be needed. Street parking for tow vehicle in front of property. Depending on where slides are located, you may not be able to extend slides. Please park to ensure a vehicle can exit and enter the garage without obstruction. Please do not extend slides on the garage side.

No smoking please. Arrive after 3pm and before dark. If coming for a game, arrival times can be adjusted on request. Please break camp by 9am. Quiet hours and no generators after 9pm, there are families with small children sleeping nearby. Please have dogs on leash and scoop after them per city laws. You can walk in a quiet neighborhood or head to the river paths which are within walking distance. This is a great spot for an overnight, but not conducive to hanging out all day comfortably since there is no shade.
