Welcome to Laurel Spring Cidery, a unique destination nestled in the picturesque hills of Spring Mills, Pennsylvania. Our story began with the restoration of a historic log home built in 1809 by an American Revolutionary War Hero, which has been transformed into a beautiful Federalist-style residence and cidery. The log house now serves as a charming backdrop for our cidery, where we produce craft cider that celebrates the heritage of American colonial traditions. Our orchard features 27 types of heirloom cider apple trees, and we pride ourselves on using heritage techniques and native flavors to create exceptional ciders that our Founding Fathers would have enjoyed. At Laurel Spring Cidery, we aim to create a safe, warm and welcoming space where guests can gather, enjoy stunning views, and experience the joys of true craft cider. Our tasting room, currently in development, will offer indoor and outdoor seating, making it the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the beauty of our surroundings. We will be serving our Apple Cider Wines along with featuring some of Pennsylvania's finest wines, beers and spirits.
