Happy Travelers, Todhunter Vineyards is a new operation that we have started on the farm that's been in our family for over 200 years. The Cellar Door (the winery, retail, and events building) won't be complete until Autumn 2026, and we will have a Grand Opening at that time. Until then, we are concentrating on getting the vines planted and trained, keeping the deer from eating them (!), and the general chaos of all the licensing, planning, contracting, etc., involved in getting this type of business going. Until our Grand Opening in Autumn, 2026, we are only able to offer a peaceful spot to park a self-contained RV with a fire pit for a cozy evening fire (weather permitting) and lots of woods and fields to wander through. It gets VERY dark up on the vineyard at night, which makes for great star-gazing; once in a while, the aurora borealis has been known to make a humble showing! We do have branded 'merch' on the web site available for purchase if you'd like to show your support and, if you're feeling adventurous and the timing works out, I'd be happy to show off the interim winery and share a sample of the early vintages that are still aging before bottling in 2026. Being new, ours is a humble offering, but we would love to think that we've provided a safe and pretty spot for you along the path of your travels!
