Located between 17th Street and Pinecroft I-99 exits in Altoona, this spot is an easy pit-stop for those traveling through. We are located about 45 minutes south of State College and 35 minutes north of Bedford. We have a 100' long parking space below our garage. Our quiet neighborhood is on a dead-end street adjacent to hundreds of acres of wooded watershed property. The wide mile long street is a popular place to take a leisurely stroll . You will hear I-99 traffic as the bottom end of the property ends at I-99. We have just added a 30/ 50 amp electrical service and also a freshwater hydrant. We are still working at improving the spot and have plans to install nighttime lighting, and overall aesthetic improvements. We have a portable sewer tank and will dump your waste tanks for $30 if we are available during your stay. Another option that is available if I am at home in the evening, is that I can wash your RV/camper. Price is $2 a foot for the length of your unit.
