We are located in a small village near Drummondville. Our lot is right beside the Park, Tennis Court, Soccer field, etc. We live in a short dead-end street and there is only 2 houses included ours meaning there is not much traffic in the area. We have 4 kids and so does our neighbour, meaning it might not be too quiet during the day when the kids all play together in the streets along with their other friends from around the block. If you have kids coming along, they'll love the trampoline and the swing/ladder playground module as the local playground is located right next to our house. Access Road Conditions: Access through a paved road, our home is at the end of a short dead-end street.You'll be able to turn around in the roundabout then backup easily into our spot. Tow Vehicle Parking Details: Plenty of room to park a tow vehicle either in front, beside of your rig or even in our driveway or on the street.
