About
Our house is 35 feet from a nice little lake. Great place for boondocking. We live near the village of Clermont which is 15 km North of La Sarre. We take our water from the lake so I would not recommend you use it in your RV. You can dump at Canadian Tire store in La Sarre and fill up right across the street.

Private access road is 700 feet long. It is very narrow but I can drive a 35' class A on it so you should be fine as long as you drive slowly. You will have enough room to turn around near the house.
