About
Small farmette with two-stall horse barn and covered run-ins and turnout.
We are 13 miles from historic Aiken SC where there are great restaurants, grocery and all the stores you could need PLUS many interesting things to do. I have 1 RV spot with full hookups (30amp). There are also several level boondocking spots to stay with no amenities.
For clarification:
We are a BW site
Boon-docking: first night free.
30amp power: $15 day.
E/W/S (full hookups) $25 day.
Barn space by private treaty.
Barn & 1 full RV site might not be available Oct 15th thru Apr 15th.

We are 1/2 mile down a dirt road. Please watch for horses and carriages. Plenty of room for larger rigs. There is a “U” turn (in one gate and out another). RV spots are back in. Boon-docking is pull thru.
