We're on 7 acres with woodland and some open spaces. Just a few minutes off I-26. 15 mins from Woodruff and 20 minutes from the west side of Spartanburg up I-26. Although there are neighbors nearby, a relatively quiet location to hang out and rest. Nesbitt Shoals Nature Park is a short drive to enjoy a short walk or fishing by the Tyger river and there is plenty to do in the wider Spartanburg/Greenville area - or just enjoy our land. We provide hook-ups (50 amp/30 amp/20 amp electric, water, sewer hook-up and wifi. We'd also be happy to do a load of laundry for you if helpful. We have an outside restroom which, while you should be self-contained with boondockers welcome, we are happy for you to use if helpful. We have weekly trash service so feel free to dispose of bagged normal household waste in the green trash can (if unsure just ask). We'd love to have you stay!

You will normally park on the grass just off the drive (drains well and most of the year is very firm even in rain) with hookup's provided. Watch for the ditch when turning into the driveway, go slightly wide towards the mailbox to help. Plenty of area to maneuver off the drive for large rigs, but not to make a complete turn - you will need to either back in or pull out in most cases so if you are uncomfortable or unable to do so with a tow vehicle be prepared to detach it if necessary.

No parties, excessive noise or audible music - please respect the relatively quiet nature of the neighborhood and keep noise reasonable. Naturally noisy children are however very welcome - we are very used to them! Smoking is only permitted within your own accomodation. Alcohol is not permitted to be consumed on site. No open fires permitted. Due to the nature of our septic system please leave out any harsh chemicals if wanting to empty tanks. Please keep everything tidy and pick up any trash you drop.
