There is a charge for water, sewer and electric upgrades. Prices begin at 10 and go up depending on amps and size. You can call to get a specif quote before your stay. We have a dump station available as well, and it is 20 to use. We have a gift shop and spa that is open year around and we have a restaurant open seasonally. The average meal cost 15 dollars.
