We are a homesteading family, so expect to see and hear livestock on the property. There's plenty to do fairly close by: We are 30 mins to Downtown Greeneville & Newport, TN. We are an hour or so to Asheville (NC), Morristown, Johnson City, Knoxville, Sevierville, Pigeon Forge & Gatlinburg, TN.

Down a winding country road. Parking is on gravel. Easy access for large rigs: circle drive, no need to turn around, level ground.

Be respectful of our neighbors and property and we should get along just fine. Don't dump anything on our property. If it came with you, it should leave with you. No Animals - we have livestock. No smoking, drinking or drugs. Quiet time is 9pm-7am. Please try to arrive before dark and leave by 10am.
