We are on a nice flat piece of land near the Smoky mountains a 45 minute drive from Asheville, NC and Biltmore. It is a very quiet area on a paved secondary road. We have a 14x40 Ft concrete pad with 30 and 20 amp available. The paved driveway is straight and about 150ft long but you will probably have to back in or out if you have a large rig. This is easy, I used to do it with our 34ft class A. We are about two hours from Dollywood, and one hour from Bristol motor speedway. We used to rv with a variety of different units and even fulltimed a few years. We love the lifestyle, but Father Time has caught up with us. We do travel overseas sometimes and may be gone a month or so, but are usually here. Pets must be leashed when outside and please clean up after your pet. We do have a large fenced in yard available. We look forward to meeting new folks and sharing adventures.
