We are near Lake Somerville nestled in a quiet country neighborhood with lots of stars out at night. We have 2 spots with electric & water - one with a rock base pad & a fire ring (usable if no county burn ban) & another on grass. We can accommodate some larger rigs but you will need to be confident in your backing skills. Longer stays considered on a case-by-case basis. We are rurally located. There are usually cattle across the neighbor's fence, deer, hawks, eagles, rabbits, & other typical country wildlife you might see. There is lake access to walk along the shore for fishing, swimming or just to enjoy the beauty. There are plenty of places to fish along the shoreline, at the dam spillway or Newman's Bottom(30 minutes away). Brenham is home of Bluebell Ice Cream & offers tours. There are several wineries in our area. We are 25 minutes from Round Top or Brenham. 45 minutes from College Station. About 1.5 hours from Houston or Austin off of HWY 290.

Be respectful & clean up after yourself & pets. Respect our neighbors, sound travels well in the country. Enjoy the great outdoors & your adult beverages, no illicit drugs or profanity. Quiet pets are welcome. If our neighbors can hear your pet, your pet ceases to be "adorable". Friendly off-leash pets can roam, play, & hangout, be aware there are country dogs & wildlife around.
