When arriving by 4:30pm check-in at the Visitor's Center and a staff member will instruct you where to park. If you must arrive after our normal operating hours, call the office at 830-537-4212 9:30 am-4:30 pm to receive special instructions on how to access the property and where to park.

During periods of a county-wide burn ban, campfires are not allowed. Our water is non-potable. Bring your drinking water. You may purchase water bottles and refreshments in the Gift Shop. You are sharing these spaces with other visitors. We clean and disinfect restrooms frequently. The guest is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and safety of their campsite. Please talk to a Cave Manager if you have additional needs or safety concerns during your visit.
