We live on a small farm in Southwest Virginia since 2005 but most of our lives spent in central California. Love our little piece of heaven in Virginia. John is now retired from medical device company and Dayna works part time as a MRI Technologist. We love to camp usually in National Campgrounds. Moved from tent camping to a Safari Alto small trailer the summer of 2019. Home Town: Bedford, VA Home to the D-Day memorial Just 20 minutes to the Peaks of Otter where there is great hiking and access to the Appalachian Trail. Smith Mountain Lake is also just 20 minutes away and has boats to rent, a state park, restaurants and more. Bedford Welcome Center is just 4 miles away and has a dump station. They also have hookups for overnight stays if we are not available. The Walmart in town also allows overnight stays and is a safe place. Skills or Expertise to Share: John is fabulous cook.
