OUR DIRT: The Rappahannock River, rolling hills and valleys make for stunning nature hikes. Our historic Smith Forbes Estate overlooks a 1/3 acre pond that is part of the Chesapeake Bay watershed. We are home to livestock like goats and chickens, alongside native wild fauna like deer, bunnies, frogs and turtles!
