We're a small (micro!) farm specializing in sheep for yarns and meat, and garden vegetables. We use a lot of sustainable and resource-friendly practices and strive to make our tiny corner of the world a beautiful pattern for the larger world. We do live in an agricultural area, so contrary to popular belief it may not be perfectly quiet! We do have dogs that bark and sheep that baaa, (sometimes at night) and our neighborhood is covered in apple and pear orchards where mowing. spraying and harvesting happen. Birds sing and bees buzz! We don't have much in the way of human traffic. Excellent local fruit stands and farmer's markets are within 10 miles of our farm, and we are minutes from downtown Omak, home of the world-famous Omak Stampede and Suicide Race. If you love camping, hiking, fishing, or hunting, we are an ideal "home base" location!
