HOST
We enjoy sharing our quiet spot in South Texas with travelers Details: This year we will be traveling to Pacific Northwest and Wewtern Canada. Our rig is a 34 foot 5th wheel toy hauler pulled by our Ford F-350. When we are not on the road (summers) we host boondockers at our old farm. We currently are expanding our old farm to include boondockers. We will continue to open up space behind our Pine Meadows Farm throughout 2017 to accommodate guest visitations. Depending on the size of your RV, we can provide a basic space to enjoy a quiet stay for up to 3 nights. Located west of I-45, we are easy to reach. For those needing a rental car, we have Enterprise & Avis very nearby. Site has 30/50amp power, water and WiFi. Tank dump can be arranged, with notice. Home Town: The Woodlands/Spring, Texas on 4 acres of forested land. We live on Pine Meadows (viewable on GoogleMaps) on which the Boondocking sites are located. Very quiet location, yet minutes from town centers in The Woodlands, Spring and Tomball town centers. Favorite Boondocking Locations: Dinosaur Stomping grounds, north of Moab, the Magic Circle near Quartzite and several hosts: Rick1010101 (South Edmonton, AB), Martys Place (Kalispell, MT) and RusticRoberts (Wimberly, TX). All marvelous places along the roads to your adventures. Skills or Expertise to Share: Sailing for 30yrs, RVing for 20 years, BnB hosting for 3 years. Enjoy exploring many art, jazz and festivals. Good at computers, farming and building our home. Gillian (Jill) is a Master Gardener and Lanscape Planner, retired Clinical Psychologist and an avid reader. We both enjoy alternative TV ( Netflex, Amazon, Hulu, etc.) binging of drama, mysteries and crime series (US, Australia, Sweden, French, UK productions). We both have traveled and lived internationally all our lives and love experiences involving culture, people and places off the beaten path. We enjoy Boondocking and meeting new friends as we travel an explore life to its fullest.

Parking & Arrival
Access Road Conditions: Enter first driveway. Paved county road to drive, then crushed concrete or recycled asphalt. Plenty of room to maneuver after you get through our front driveway area. Those with a 5th Wheel or bumper pull trailer, swing wide and be careful of the open ditch and construction near driveway. We have a 34’ 5th Wheel, but it is a close turn off the county road. MH do not normally have an issue. Tow Vehicle Parking Details: Lots of room

House Rules
Keep the site and pad clean and orderly. You may walk the dogs in back area around the ponds (3). But watch for snapping turtles or snakes (not often seen, as our owls get them), but during hot weather keep a watch out. No generator run unless approved. Your departure should be before noon. Be respectful of others in house or camping, no loud noise after dark or 10 pm (May to Oct) #1 rule, relax, enjoy the quite and the deer and other critters.
