The Morgan horse was the first breed developed in the United States and traces back to the foundation sire Figure, later known as Justin Morgan. Renowned for their beauty, versatility, and willing temperament, Morgans remain one of the most admired breeds in the equine world. Morgan horses are compact, muscular, and refined, most commonly found in bay, black, or chestnut colors, though they may also appear in a variety of other colors, including several pinto patterns.
