Pretty easy with nice paved roads until the last mile then gravel but wide and not difficult to manage.

You would be parking on my very long paved driveway so it’s not a problem.

No smoking preferred
Noise carries a long way up here so quiet time is 10pm to be respectful to neighbors.
This is eagle, coyote and big hawk country so small pets need to be watched.
There are a couple of cliff type drop offs so smaller children are not the best fit.
