We are a small hobby farm with 200 acres of DNR land across the street. The hiking is beautiful and peaceful. 19 chickens fill our lives with comic relief each day. Experience silence, the Milky Way, and occasional Northern Lights! 1 mile from the Red Cedar bicycle trail which follows the Red Cedar River through bluffs and prairies - mostly flat riding on an old rail-bed of gravel. The Red Cedar is also a beautiful float (kayak or canoe) from Menomonie to as far as Durand in a long day. Dunnville is a beautiful hop-on/hop-off site midway between and close to Beeberry Farm. Open flame cooking and campfires will be determined by level of fire danger at the time of your stay. We live in a highly wooded location.
