Down town Wheatland offers shopping and dining, mainly on weekdays. ** RV dump station is located six miles away in Wheatland across 8th street from Lewis Park. ** You are welcome to stroll our property and the country roads where you might glimpse the neighboring Texas Longhorns to the west, mule deer, a noble bald eagle, or sandhill cranes. Listen for the cranes' distinctive squawking and trumpeting which can be heard for a mile or more!
