You’ll receive a Nighthawk M6 Pro hotspot — the MSRP is $699.00, but you’ll pay a one-time, non-refundable rental fee of $69.99, good for the entire duration of your plan. A flat $15 shipping fee will also apply.

How does billing work?

You will be billed by HH Hotspot on a monthly basis. All device activation, billing, and product support for H3 can be accessed through the provided portal.

How do I order my device and get started?

Getting started is simple! Here’s what to expect. 1. Order your device and pay the one-time rental fee of $69.99 plus a $15 flat shipping fee. 2. Receive your hotspot in the mail; it typically takes 10-14 business days to arrive. The SIM card is included inside the box. 3. Log in to the hotspot portal using the same login information you created when placing your order. 4. Enter your SIM number, located on the box your device arrived in. 5. Choose your plan: 200GB for $69.99/month, or 300GB for $79.99/month. Once you’ve selected your plan and set up monthly billing in the portal, your device is ready to use!

What fees can I anticipate paying?

At signup, you’ll pay your one-time device rental fee plus a $15 shipping fee. After that, you’ll just pay the monthly plan cost, which will be billed to your credit card automatically at the beginning of each billing cycle.

How do I log in to the hotspot portal?

When you select Reserve My Device, you’ll be prompted to log in or create an account. Please create a new account using your email address and a secure password. IMPORTANT: This login is separate from your Harvest Hosts account. You will need to create a new account specifically for the hotspot portal.

Question 7

What if I exceed my data limit?

Accepted Answer

If you exceed your monthly data allowance, your hotspot service will pause until your next billing period begins. We’ll send you email notifications as your data usage approaches the limit. If you need more data mid-month, you can upgrade to the 300GB plan right away. You can also switch from the 300GB plan down to the 200GB plan at any time, but downgrades only take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

Can I cancel anytime? What’s the policy?

If you choose to cancel your service, please note that we do not offer refunds for the current billing period. If you’ve already paid for the month, you’re welcome to continue using the service until the end of that billing cycle. You may also cancel immediately, but no credits or refunds will be issued for the remaining time. You can view the full Terms & Conditions here.

What happens if I cancel — do I return the device?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you will need to return the device. Be sure to keep all of the packaging you received with the device so you can return it properly. You will find the address to return the device located in your portal.
