This is a great location in the heart of farm land. We are a great stip off if traveling from saskatchewan or Cold Lake area and heading to Edmonton. Only 6 miles from a nice small town Smoky Lake and very close to a small lake. The farm yard offers open yard with a creak right beside. Also could be a spot for a drop off point for the Iron horse trail.
