Welcome to Rover’s Roost – Your Sonoran Desert Escape Near Casa Grande, AZ Established in 1981 as an Escapees RV Club Co-Op, our 55+ community offers peaceful desert living with full hookup sites (30/50 amp) on spacious 35'x55' lots. Located midway between Phoenix and Tucson, enjoy stunning mountain views and Arizona's famous sunsets from your private retreat. Our park features convenient mail service and a quiet atmosphere perfect for snowbirds and full-timers alike. As a first-come, first-served park (no reservations accepted), we welcome RVs up to 40' (limited availability). While we're a 55+ community, those under 55 can stay 30 days at a time and those under 21 may visit up to 14 days per year. Come experience the camaraderie of our member-owned desert oasis!
