About
Located on 2 acres of landscaped property. Fully fenced. Water and 30 amp , sewer available. Small well behaved dog welcome. Fire pit available, ( if no burn ban). 1.5 hours from Bamfield and Tofino. 40 minutes from Parksville, 60 mins from Nanaimo and Courtney.
Alberni Valley has fantastic swimming, fishing , hiking and biking. We have two award winning breweries. Sprout lake was named best lake in BC.

Water, electricity and sewer $15 a night. We have two gates one is at the beginning of the driveway when you turn in (it must be open, other wise your rig will be on the road). Please tell us when you will arrive. The other gate is into our back property and where you will stay. You must be able to back out. 25 foot RV can turn around in driveway, 25 plus will have to back out.
