Pretty simple place, I'm pretty easy going as long as you keep it clean. I get the chores done around here when my health allows, definitely not high maintenance. RV Parking is located in the driveway. Water is to the left of the heart shaped gate. There are trains, sorry, I have no control over that. Suggested Local Attractions: Not far from my house to Mariposa, Oakhurst and Yosemite is within range too. Oh and the pacific ocean is about 3 hrs away as well. Castle Air Force Base Museum is in Atwater. Shopping: I suggest you do your grocery shopping before you get here, Chowchilla has a SaveMart just off the hwy. There is a small store here in town, post office and gas station within walking distance (3 blocks or so) There's also Marco's Taco Truck at the gas station :) and a Pizza place across the street from my house.

Access Road Conditions: Smooth road, no problems :) Tow Vehicle Parking Details: Sure, you can park in front of the house or on the side street :)
