Beautiful setting in the collegiate peaks foothills, peaceful but close to hot springs, hiking, and the Arkansas river - plenty of room for smaller self-contained rv's. I am an artist and writer - with studio/shop on site. Pharmgirlstudios is situated 3 miles off a main highway - the gravel roads can be rough and wash-boarded. So please drive slow. Campers will be parking either in my driveway or adjacent to it - and my land is not perfectly level. I hope to add a gravel pad next year. My neighborhood offers over 60 miles of quiet gravel to ride bicycles on, and connects to national forest/BLM lands. I have plenty of bike routes and hikes to recommend! My art/book store is a 35 year old camper named Stella! I’ve written several books (20$ each), offer hand-stenciled cards (5-15$ single or 3/packs), and paintings of various sizes/themes and prices. Wildlife abounds in our area - from moose to deer to coyotes to mountain lions. It can be quite windy as well, and weather changes quickly at 9300 feet elevation.
