We are conveniently located just 20 minutes from Milton, FL and 45 minutes from Pensacola, FL. During your stay, you’ll also have access to our beautiful pool — the perfect place to relax, unwind, and enjoy the quiet surroundings. We have multiple sites-one covered site, 2 gravel drive areas and a grassy area. What started as our love for the water has grown into a passion for sharing simple, meaningful experiences with others — from peaceful mornings and abundant wildlife to unforgettable sunrises and sunsets. We offer intimate boat tours for groups of six or fewer along the scenic Blackwater River and bay, as well as the waterways surrounding Pensacola, including Fort McRee and Sand Island. Our tours include river sunset cruises, dolphin tours, Blue Angels practice and air show excursions, as well as breathtaking sunrise and sunset tours on the water.
