Quiet neighborhood not far from the beaches. Water & Electric available. There is a dump station down the road at a campground. Close to places to eat and shopping. Walk to grocery and Bealls. Walk around the historic downtown Pensacola. Campers World is down the road to the east a few miles.

Please let me know when you'll arrive, so we can help you park. Parking is in our side yard at the right of our home next to the fence. The front corner of the house is 12' to fence, but it opens out to a larger private parking area. We have room for a 30' trailer plus the tow vehicle. Neighborhood roads are a bit narrow. We are located on a curve. No turnaround, but you can go around block if needed. RVs back in straight back on right side of house, park tow vehicle in front of RV. Vans / Class B can pull in forward or back in parallel to fence. The lawn is very soft in the middle of the yard.
