We are private residence offering a FULL TIME DUMP STATION via sewer clean out on our property, and offer our RV parking site in our back/side yard when we are traveling with our RV. The calendar availability shows when the site is available to stay overnight. We always welcome guests to use the sewer with at least 4 hours notice by sending a message. For "dump only" guests, Sewer can be used at no charge and Water can be used to refill for $10 payable by Venmo or cash. For overnight guests, we don't want to sugar coat it -- the RV parking space is *small* and can be difficult to get into just right, but you are exchanging that comfort and site size for the location in St. Pete and full hookups. Especially if you have a larger RV (like ours pictured which is a 32' travel trailer), you should be experienced with backing in your RV, as the space is about 13 feet across with little margin for error, especially if you need to fully or partially extend slides. You may not be able to fully extend your slides depending on how you have parked. Your vehicle should have 4WD, as we have difficulty backing up the gravel and grass without 4WD engaged. You will likely need to back up over the curb at least on the passenger side tires. If you have sway bars, they should be removed prior to backing in due to the grade of the driveway. Ideal RVs to stay overnight are smaller RVs with 0 or 1 slide, or drivable RVs. Larger travel trailers (like ours) are welcome, but should be aware of the spatial constraints. Drivable RVs may pull straight in rather than back in, but will have to back out. When backing in a trailer, we suggest you pull forward into the alley across the street from the driveway (shown in one of the photos), and back up at a slight angle from there. You will be able to park your truck in the driveway. Location: We are located in the Historic Kenwood neighborhood in St. Pete which is walkable to several restaurants, bars, and coffee shops in the Grand Central district of downtown St. Pete. There are two white stray cats that hang out in our backyard.
