About
Located just a few miles out of the small town of Callahan, Florida, and a short distance from I-95 and I-10, our 2 1/2 acre home is a quiet place to regroup after traveling down the east coast.
Many of our sailing friends stop at our place on their way down to the Keys, back up to NY or on their way to the southwest coast of Florida.
We are 1/2 hour from the Atlantic Ocean, Fernandina and Amelia Island and only 20 minutes from the FL-GA state line.

We have two locations:
The back of the property is secluded and is solid grass/milled area large enough for a 40' RV plus any towed items. There is no electric, water or sewer hook up out there.
The from has a driveway and a concrete pad. This area can easily accommodate up to a 25' RV plus tow. We have water available at this location only.
