Don't let the name scare you! Our ranch "house" is located on a one acre lot nestled behind a locally owned car lot with a private backyard and small fishing pond. It is off a main busy road but once you're in the backyard or out in the front by the pond you do feel a little escape! H.O.C. gets its name from our business name, Chaotic Concessions. We are a group that travels the country selling food at large music festivals! From GA to NY to Oregon & Cali we get to travel the country doing what we love! As we find ourselves camping often, we were hoping that some folks could enjoy our property as they are traveling through the GA - SC -AL region. We are about 2 miles from Carrolton Lake and downtown Carrolton which has lots of restaurants, bars and shopping. The lake is absolutely beautiful and also has a boat launch. There is minimal access to the house, front and side porch. We also have a small fire pit and a few kids games available for use. We are pet friendly just know that the property isn't fully fenced in so keep an eye on your pups as the main road is busy!
