Welcome to our quiet corner of Fairplay, Georgia! Nestled in a serene neighborhood and surrounded by mature, beautiful trees, our property offers a peaceful retreat for fellow RV travelers. We have one RV spot available — perfect for rigs up to 35 feet — just 10 minutes from I-20 and 40 minutes from Downtown Atlanta. While we don’t offer hookups, you’ll enjoy excellent cell service, natural shade, and the calming presence of our vegetable garden. We work full-time from home and love connecting with other RVers, but also value quiet time and privacy. Important Notes & Disclaimers: - Natural Hazards: While we inspect our trees regularly, falling limbs during storms or high winds are a natural risk. By parking here, guests acknowledge this possibility and accept responsibility for any damage to their RV or belongings. If severe weather is forecast, we may suggest alternate parking. - Terrain: Our property includes uneven ground, gravel, and natural slopes. Guests are responsible for safely navigating and leveling their RV. - Wildlife: You may encounter deer, raccoons, or other wildlife. Please secure food and trash to avoid attracting animals. - Liability: We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal items, vehicles, or RVs while on our property. - Size Limit: Our space accommodates RVs up to 35 feet. Larger rigs may not fit or may have difficulty turning. - Generators: Quiet generators are allowed during daylight hours only. Please be mindful of noise. - Quiet Hours: 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. We live on the property — please respect our privacy and keep it quiet during your stay. - Pets: Friendly pets are welcome but must be leashed and cleaned up after. Please prevent barking during quiet hours. - Children: Children are welcome under adult supervision. Our property is not childproof and includes natural hazards.
