Nestled beside a renovated 1940s creamery and family-run convenience store with a full- service restaurant, bar and beer/wine, this spot offers back-in sites with electric and water. From November through March, witness up to 200 bald and golden eagles circling the famous Eagle Tree at dusk. Nearby, explore Box Canyon State Park‚Äôs hiking and swimming trails, kayak crystal-clear springs, soak in hot springs, or delve into local fishing and bird-watching adventures.
